Scott Hallsworth was head chef of Nobu in Park Lane, London for six years. Then he went and opened Nobu Melbourne in his native Australia. He then came back to London and created Kurobuta, the Japanese Izakaya restaurant that exploded onto Chelsea’s King’s Road like a thing that explodes really hard.
